Mrs. Barbara Jean Bobo, 71 of Florence passed away Saturday, September 7, 2013 at her residence after an extended illness. She was a native of Lauderdale County and a member of Mt. Zion Church of Christ.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 11, 2013 from 12-2 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with burial in Mt. Zion Church of Christ Cemetery. Officiating will be Jack Flowers and Sonny Owens.
Mrs. Bobo is preceded in death by her husband, James(Neal) Bobo and her parents, Clifton and Regina Wear.
She is survived by two daughters, Shannon B. Cox(Tim) and Melissa Ann Bobo(Gerald McCrory) three brothers, Jerrell Wear(Gladys), Jimmie Wear(Becky) and Brent Wear(Dee), sister, Judy Clemmons(Aaron), grandchildren, Kayla Beth Cox and Cody Cox, Honorary grandkids, Kane Weaver, Briley Wooten, Ella Weaver, Dylan McDaniel, Dawson Wooten, Kelsie McDaniel, Pate Wear, Tia Wear, and numerous special nieces and nephews. Other survivors include all of her Sunday School Angels and all of her customers she cared for throughout the years.
Pallbearers will be Aaron Clemmons, Ron Weaver, Preston Wear, Jeremy McDaniel, Caleb Beck, and Pate Wear.
