Funeral service for Aththa Morrow, 80, will be Friday, December 13, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Shiloh Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Owens officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, December 13, 2013 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Church.
Mrs. Morrow died on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born July 13, 1933, in Morgan County to Beecher Tapscott and Alma Kendall Tapscott. She was a lifelong member of Shiloh Baptist Church and was retired from service as the Cafeteria Manager at Brewer High School. She wrote one book of poetry and a children’s book in her lifetime. She was preceded in death by her husband: Donald Arthur Morrow and a son: Teddy Morrow.
