ATHENS-Athens Police Chief Floyd Johnson issued a statement on the arrest of a suspect for shooting into an occupied vehicle on Friday, April 7. The arrest was made on Monday, April 10:
“This morning Sgt. Bret Constable charged Kyle Andre House with shooting into an occupied vehicle.
On April 7, 2017 the police department received a report that House had shot into a vehicle occupied by 2 people. All involved were acquaintances.
The incident occurred at the intersection of 12th Street and Highland Ave. No one was injured.
House was booked at the police department and transferred to the county jail.”
