The assault second degree charge occurred in April of 2015. Turner was identified by an acquaintance as being the person that hit him in the head with a brick. The incident occurred on Vine Street. The criminal mischief case is where Turner broke the windshield and dented the vehicle of the same victim’s vehicle.
The possession of forged instruments and theft third charge is from where Turner opened an account at Redstone Federal Credit Union in November of 2014 using a forged check. He then went to another branch and withdrew some of the money. The credit union was out $390.00.
Turner was booked at the police department and transferred to the county jail.”
