ATHENS – It’s a play on words… The Grease Festival… In Athens, Alabama… Get it? Well, lots of people did this past Saturday in Downtown Athens. Togas abounded in the 96 Degree Heat… They helped keep the participants cool in the big event to celebrate the famous name of their fair city, with an added Southern Flair! They call it, “A Celebration Of All Things Fried”.
