Funeral services for Mr. Arvie Lynn Lipford, age 66, of Humboldt TN, will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, in the Shelton-Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Spencer Ricketts of Liberty Hall Church and Dr. Eric Lipford officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until service time and burial will be at 3 PM in Rose Hill Cemetery in Bethel Springs, TN.
Mr. Lipford passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital with family by his side.
Mr. Lipford is survived by his family; son, Dr. Eric Lipford (Heidi) of South Fulton, TN and daughter Lindsey Camacho (Marcos) of Alamo, TN; grandchildren, Ellis and Lawson Lipford and soon to arrive- Rex Lipford and soon to arrive- Liam Camacho; former wife, Linda Lipford; mother, Clara Lipford Miller (Merl); sister, Sandra Powell (Roger); brothers, Anthony Lipford and Randy Lipford as well as several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Mr. Lipford was preceded in death by his father, L.C. Lipford; a sister, Wanda Teaster and grandparents.
Mr. Lipford was a Tire Technician and a Certified Brake Specialist for several years for Alamo Tire and also at King Tire of Jackson until his health prevented him from being able to perform the job he loved.
Pallbearers will be Joey Perry, Justin Moore, Johnny Plunk, Jimmy Shebesh, Randy Lipford and Derek Newman.
The family would especially like to thank Liberty Hall Church and the LHC Women’s prayer group for their unconditional love and support during the last few months.
