Arvel Thomas “Tommy” Justice, Jr., 79 of Empire, passed away June 18, 2025.
Funeral services will be Saturday June 21, 25 at 12 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Ronnie Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 11 am until 12 pm.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arvel and Lorine Justice and sister, Faye Fox.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Faye Justice; sister, Inell Early, nieces, Eugenia Marlowe (Jerry) and Ina Mae Brown (Glenn), nephews, Mark Fox (Becky) and Michael Gunnells (Karen).
