Funeral for Arthur Floyd Johnson, 52, of Hillsboro, will be Monday, May 9, 2016, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 2 p.m. with Steve Barber officiating. Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of service. Mr. Johnson, who died Saturday, May 7, 2016, at Decatur General Hospital Parkway Campus, was born Monday, April 6, 1964, to Arthur Floyd Johnson and Lonie Belle Johnson. He was preceded in death by sister, Liz Mizell; mother, Lonie Belle Johnson; and father, Arthur Floyd Johnson.
Survivors include five sisters, Maxine (James) Guyse, Marie (Windell) Allen, Carol (Don) Miller, Suzan Johnson, and Lynn Christofferson; and brother, James (Marion) Carr.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
