MORGAN COUNTY-On Tuesday, December 10, 2013,the Morgan County Drug Task Force executed an arrest warrant at the residence

located at 910 Main St. W. Hartselle, Alabamaon James Douglas Oden. Agents had recently, on November 14, 2013, executed a search warrant at the residence, arresting numerous individuals for drug related offenses and Loitering. Morgan County Agents, since the search warrant, had been advised again of individuals coming to and from the residence believed to be drug related traffic. Agents had learned that James Douglas Oden and Tamra Dunn were now residing at the residence. Agents obtained an arrest warrant for James Douglas Oden after learning he had attempted to purchase Pseudoephedrine illegally due to a prior drug related conviction. Agents made contact with James Douglas Oden and Tamra Dunn in the residence. Agents observed marijuana and again obtained a search warrant for the residence. Agents located approximately 4 oz. of Marijuana and Hydrocodone pills within the residence along with drug paraphernalia items. Both subjects were arrested and transported to the Morgan County Jail.

James Douglas Oden (w/m 37) was charged with : Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. Bond set at $7,500.00 and an additional charge of Illegal Attempt to or Purchase of Ephedrine/ pseudoephedrine. Bond Totaling $7,800.00 .
