THE SHOALS – Gattman Park was the setting for the annual Spring Fling, put on by the Arc of the Shoals. Parents, friends, ARC employees and the persons they serve enjoyed the beautiful clear and cool Spring day with softball, crafts, games, and even fingernail polishing for the ladies.
The Quad-Cities Daily was there too! Sheri and Steve Wiggins took a slew of photos of everybody having fun, and we present them here for our readers’ enjoyment.
