Anthony Dale Hines, 50, died Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The service will be 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
