TUSCUMBIA-On Friday, July 28 the Colbert County Extension Office held their Annual Tomato Sandwich Day.
The Event was held on the grounds of the Colbert County Courthouse. There were educational exhibits set up by the Extension Office and the Master Gardeners.
Everyone seemed to enjoy the sammichs and the fellowship in spite of the heat. Smiles were in abundance and mayo was being wiped from faces as everyone laughed and enjoyed the day.
The Quad Cities Daily was on hand to capture the event in photos …and sample the sammiches.
