Annette Stephenson Lowery, age 87, of Florence, passed away on
November 29, 2023.
Annette was a Christian and of the Baptist Faith. She retired from Sheffield State Farm Insurance after 25 years of loyal service. She was a beloved Mother to her son Charlie. She loved to cook and enjoyed feeding people. Annette was an avid Alabama Football Fan, never wanting to miss a game. Family and friends will miss Annette’s beautiful smile.
Annette is survived by her son, Charles Lowery; sister, Bennie Sue Reynolds; brother, Robert Stephenson; granddaughter, Ginger Lowery Bates (Jason); great-grandchildren, Haley Williams McIntyre (Katelyn), Brandon Bates (Cora), Lane Bates, Kruiz Bates.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hodge and Leona Stephenson.
Visitation will take place on Monday, December 4, 2023, from 11am-1pm at Pinkard Funeral Home of Russellville. The funeral service will follow at 1pm in the Chapel. Interment will be in KP Cemetery. Bro. Joe Thorn will officiate.
The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the ICU Nurses at Helen Keller Hospital for the love and care given to my dear mother and the kindness shown to me and my family.
