Graveside service and interment for Ann Smith, 78, of Hartselle will be Monday January 18, 2016 at 11:00AM at Hartselle City Cemetery with Rev. John Mobley and Rev. Jerry Ridling officiating and Peck Funeral Home Directing.
Mrs. Smith died on Friday January 15, 2016 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born July 28, 1937 in Etowah County to John Leonard Donnelly and Eleanor Alice Hawkins Donnelly. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Pallbearers will be Don Pouncey, Morris Wayne Edmundson, Doug Stephenson, Danny Stephenson, Nathan Kimbrell and Tony McCain.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the First Christian Church of Hartselle or the Special Needs Accessible Playground (SNAP) of Morgan County.
