Angela Roxanne Norvell, 83 of Athens, passed away on Saturday, December 20th, 2025, at her residence. Mrs. Norvell was born on May 30th, 1942, in Leadville, Colorado, to Delmar Jefferson Brock and Cora Lavergne Hibbs Brock.
Mrs. Norvell is survived by her children Barbara Lake, Brenda George (Randall), Bambi Harris, and Jeff Harris (Mary); 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 1great-great-grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Richard Norvell, and 1 grandson.
