Andy Joe Guthrie, 55, of Elkmont, passed away on Monday, February 2nd, 2026, in Doraville, GA. Mr. Guthrie was born on November 22nd, 1970, in Athens, Alabama, to Lloyd and Syliva (Moore) Guthrie.
Mr. Guthrie is survived by his sons, Joseph Guthrie (Chrislynn) and James Guthrie (Sabrina); brother, Kevin Guthrie (Dana); nieces, Meagan Guthrie and Sarah Gonzalez; five grandchildren; and several of great-nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Syliva Guthrie; brothers, Thomas and James Guthrie; and nephew, Josh Guthrie.
Graveside services for Mr. Guthrie will be February 8th, 2026, at Reunion Cemetery, at 1:00 p.m., with Eric Chaney officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, from 10:30 to 12:30 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be at Reunion Cemetery.
