Mr. Andrew Joel Barrows, age 67, of Westpoint, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022, at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Joel was born on November 27, 1955 and was the son of the late Andrew Barrows and the late Shirley Knapp Blasingim. He was a self-employed photographer and an army veteran. Joel enjoyed gardening, cooking, and tinkering with electronics. He spent many hours playing video games. Being a “prankster” was one of his favorite past times, always playing tricks on those around him.
He is survived by his life companion, Beth Rochelle of Westpoint, son, Andrew Barrows of Elmira Heights, NY, daughter, Christina Barrows of Elmira Heights, NY, estranged wife, Jenny Barrows of Elmira Heights, NY, brother, Brent Blasingim of Leoma, sisters, Larena Johnson of Ethridge, and Kellie Cox of Leoma, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Joel was preceded by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Knapp and Mr. and Mrs. Claude Barrows.
