Andrew Chandler Pepper passed from this life on November 4, 2020. He was born July 25, 1973, in Decatur, AL, to William and Christy Pepper..
He graduated from Athens High School in 1991, where he was a proud member of the AHS drumline and a member of the Alabama All State Band. He was a talented musician and loved all things musical, particularly the drums and the piano. While attending the University of Alabama, he was a member of the Alabama Jazz Band. Drew graduated from Athens State University and enjoyed his time as a member of the Athens State University Community Band. Being a kind-hearted, gentle soul, he loved animals and nature. A Christian who loved his family dearly, Drew will be greatly missed by all who loved him, friends and family alike.
Drew is survived by his parents, William and Christy Chandler Pepper; his brother, William Lee Pepper, Jr.; his sister, Jenny Lind Pepper Johnstone and husband, Bryan; niece, Catherine Chandler Johnstone; nephew, Connor William Johnstone; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
