Anastacia (Tessie) Arago Doblada passed away peacefully on January 12, 2018. She was born in Janosa, Binangonan, Rizal, Philippines and had lived in Huntsville since June 1997. She was a beloved widow and is survived by children: Arceli (Stephen), Romeo, Loradel (Keith), Randy (Arlene) and Ronald (Wayna). Tessie lovingly helped raise her grandchildren Angela, Crystal, Kathleen, Michael, Alexander and Anthony. In the Philippines; Raven, Yen-Yen, Rance, Rondel, Rhyle, Ainah, and Great Granddaughter Arcy. She was also a beloved sister to Wilio, Hilarion Jr., and Fely Matematico. Tessie loved gardening and found joy watching her flowers and vegetables grow which she generously shared with everyone. “Nanay Tess” as she was fondly called, was one of the best Filipino cooks in town. Tessie touched a lot of lives with her generosity, caring, loyalty and sense of humor. Service will be held on Saturday January 20 at 10:30 am at Berryhill Funeral Home, 2305 North Memorial Parkway in Huntsville, AL 35810.
