Amy Nicole Whitaker, 47, of Spruce Pine, passed away Friday, June 30, 2023. There will be no services scheduled at this time. Amy was an apprentice for the Operating Engineers IUOE Local 320. She loved family, woodworking, bowling, and music. Amy was preceded in death by her father, Robert E. “Bob” Whitaker.
Amy is survived by her husband of 22 years, Bert Clark; daughter, Jordan Nicole Clark; mother, Susan K. Whitaker; and granddaughter, Remington Rayne Trousdale.
