Amber Nicole Moore, a radiant soul who graced this world with her presence, passed away on July 30, 2026, at the age of 33. Born on February 23, 1993, in Decatur, Alabama, Amber’s journey through life was marked by her infectious smile, boundless love for her family, and her unwavering zest for life.
Amber was the cherished daughter of William Moore of Hartselle and the beloved late Betty Jean Matheny Moore. She held a special place in the hearts of her family, including her adored daughter Addison Alexis Jarrett and her son Eli Alexander Moore, who were the center of her universe. Amber treasured raising their two precious children with Jeff Jarrett of Moulton.
Her siblings Jeffrey Allen, Jr., Mary Elizabeth Allen, stepbrother William Daniel Moore, and stepsisters Brandy Moore and Amanda Clark, along with her bonus family Greg, Angie, Wyatt, and Abbey Grace Tomlin, were all blessed by her warmth and kindness. Amber’s passing leaves a profound void in the lives of her large extended family, including numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and countless friends who were touched by her presence.

Her work at The Pink Pig in Moulton was not just a job, but her second home, her happy place, her safe place. It was a place where she shared her light and laughter with her fellow employees, as well as the customers, who adored her. The Pink Pig was another family for her to love and to be loved by.
The beach was Amber’s sanctuary, where she found freedom, rest, and happiness. She cherished the simple pleasures of beach life such as collecting seashells, building sandcastles, and watching the sunset over the water. She also cherished trips to the mountains where she found peace, where she could breathe in the fresh air, and where she could marvel at the beauty of God’s creation. But above all, her heart belonged to her children. Whether playing softball with Addison, enjoying cuddles with Eli, or sharing a meal with them at China Dragon, Amber prioritized quality time with her children above everything else, making every single moment count and creating memories to last a lifetime.
Amber’s life will be celebrated with visitation held on August 1, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home, located at 1600 HWY 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640. The memorial service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Family and friends will gather to honor a life that, though too brief, was filled with love and laughter.
Amber’s legacy is one of love, compassion, and joy. Though Amber’s time with us was short, her impact was immeasurable. She taught us the value of loving completely, laughing freely, and cherishing every moment. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
