Amber Christine Haynes, 36, a beloved mother to four boys of Dora, Alabama passed away at UAB on Sunday, March 9th, 2025, leaving a void that cannot be filled. Amber was born in Birmingham, Alabama on January 10, 1989, to Jeanette and Phillip Haynes. Amber was the middle sister of three daughters, her loving sisters, Ashley Kimberly and Ariel Thomas.
Amber attended Sumiton Elementary/Middle School and was a “2007” graduate of Dora High School. Amber was an honor student while being a student athlete during her middle school and high school years, playing volleyball, basketball, and softball.
Amber was a devoted mother to Kayden Haynes (16), Kaleb Hogeland (14), Konnor Williams (7), and Knox Williams (7), they were her pride and joy. She always said their births changed her life for the better, and they felt that in the love and support she provided. Amber took special joy in coaching and cheering on her boys during basketball, baseball, and their academic achievements while making lots of memories during their annual beach trips, concerts, annual Brave’s baseball trip and many other adventures.
Amber was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Janice Fromhold and Margaret Haynes, her grandfathers, Ronnie Fromhold and Thurman Haynes, her uncles Johnnie Haynes and Stephen Minor, and her cousin Chris Campbell. Amber is survived by her sons, Kayden Haynes, Kaleb Hogeland, Konnor Williams, and Knox Williams; her parents, Jeanette and Phillip Haynes; her sisters, Ashley (Andrew) Kimberly, Ariel (Alex) Thomas; her nephew, Hudson Kimberly; her nieces, Lexi Kimberly, Hannah Kimberly, Chloe Thomas, Hailey Thomas, Riley Thomas and lots of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13th, 2025 at 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Dilworth Church of God – Family welcome from 4:00pm to 5:00pm and friends from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 14th, 2025 at 12:00pm at Dilworth Church of God – Visitation will begin at 11:00am. Graveside services to follow at Shanghi cemetery.
