Mrs. Addie Snow Pitts, 92, of Florence passed away on January 20, 2016 at Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home. She was a member of Florence Blvd. Baptist Church.
Visitation will be at Florence Blvd. Baptist Church on Friday, January 22, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Brother David Gregg officiating. Burial will follow in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Pitts was preceded in death by her husband Vance Pitts Sr; parents, James and Lena Inman Owen; brothers, Clarence, J.C., A.D. and Jessie Owen.
Survivors include her sons, James Bradley (Judi), Vance Pitts Jr. (Patsy) and Dennis Pitts all of Florence, Ala; daughters, Lois Springer (Buel), Judy Godsey(Louis) both of Florence, Ala; Annette Isbell(Sonny) of Cherokee, AL and Pat Kiekel and Barbara Noel; 27 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers are grandsons and great-grandsons, Steven and Cutter Bradley, Allen and Ross Springer, Peyton Collums and Harley Davis.
