Accident Victim Identified In Auto Crash Near Fayette

traffic_fatality2FAYETTE-One dead after accident near Fayette on Tuesday, May 11.  ALEA released a statement:

A single-vehicle crash at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, has claimed the life of a Sulligent man. Michael Wayne Woolbright, 23, was killed when the 2002 Ford Ranger he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree.

Woolbright was pronounced dead on the scene. The crash occurred on Alabama 18, near the 19 mile marker, six miles west of Fayette.

Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
