Andrew Jackson Parsons III, age 45, of Cullman, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. He was born on September 22, 1980, to Andrew and Sue Parsons. Andrew was a dedicated and hardworking man who spent more than 20 years as a general contractor, specializing in directional drilling. His passion for his work led him to establish his own LLC in 2023, a milestone that reflected both his skill and determination.
He was a man who deeply loved his family and had a special passion for Alabama football. Known for his quick wit and natural sense of humor, Andrew brought laughter and energy to those around him. Above all, he was a devoted husband and father who worked tirelessly to
provide for and support his loved ones. Andrew is survived by his beloved wife, Angie Parsons; his children, Carley (Ashton) Johnson, Alexis (Heath) Stuart, Payten Parsons, Jordan Caulk, and Kaylee Parsons; his grandchildren Aneria, Elena, Alasdair Johnson, Brantley Armstrong, and Gracie Stuart; his mother, Sue Parsons; and his siblings, Mary (Kevin) Perkins, Phillip Tucker, Christy (Lee) Amick, and Angel
Phillips. Loved by nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Andrew Parsons.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Dilworth Church of God, 3688 Hull Road, Empire, Alabama 35063. A viewing for immediate family will begin at 10:30 a.m., with public services from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Burial will immediately follow at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
