Jessica Wood Phillips of Scottsboro, AL passed away Sunday, April 26. Jessica loved music, being outdoors, and being with her family.
She leaves behind her husband, Daniel Phillips of Section, AL. Her two daughters, Chloe Wood and Bailey Durison (Alan Durison) of Louisiana. Her mother, Tammy McCombs of Scottsboro, AL. Her grandparents, James and Gloria (Mama Glo) McCombs of Scottsboro. Her brothers, Nathan (Tonya) Connelly of Waverly, TN and Caleb Keahey of Scottsboro, AL. Her uncles, Robert McCombs and Gary McCombs both from Scottsboro, AL. As well as, her two nephews, Jackson and Wyatt Connelly of Scottsboro, AL.
She is preceded in death by her father, Michael Wood.
Jessica was a sweet and loving soul who had a huge heart for all that she came across and will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

The family will receive friends Friday, May 1, 2026 beginning at 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Scottsboro Funeral Home. Graveside Service and Burial will follow in Warrior Cemetery.
