Lisa Ann “Lou” Russell, age 52, of Bridgeport, AL passed away on April 22, 2026 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her father, George “Buck” Russell. Grandparents Colon and Bertha Guthrie, Carl and Noble Canoy.
Her survivors are mother, Phyllis Gutherie. Sisters Melanie Carano and Samantha Russell. Niece Ashley (TR) Grissom. Nephews Brett (Jordan) Smith, Caleb Daniel. Several great nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be held at 3pm Saturday, May 2, 2026 at the Scottsboro Funeral Home. The family will receive friends beginning at 11am. Burial will be at Preston Cemetery.
