Mickey Alvin Lanier, 74, of Big Cove, passed away Monday, April 13, 2026.
He was preceded in death by father, Robert “Bud” Lanier and grandparents, Jimmy & Maybell Walls and Ed & Lena Lanier.
Surviving are mother, Martha Adell Walls Lanier; siblings, Jimmy Edward Lanier and Lisa Pepper (Milton); special friend, Donna Hayes, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at Green Valley Cemetery, Wednesday at 10:00 am with Bro. Walton Walls officiating.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Walton for the Love and Care he gave Mick.
