Cindy Billings, 66, of Muscle Shoals went to be with our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 after a brief illness. Visitation will be Friday, April 17 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Cindy was a graduate of Sheffield High School class of 1978. She grew up in church at York Terrace Baptist Church but later moved her membership to Muscle Shoals Baptist Church on River Road. Cindy loved going out to eat on Fridays with family. She could always be found at Publix or in the corner at Books-A-Million reading magazines. Cindy had a deep love for her children Katy and Caleb, and her husband of 38 years, Barry Billings. Cindy was a rare beauty who never really realized just how beautiful she really was.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Virginia Isbell. Cindy is survived by her husband, Barry Billings; son Caleb Billings; daughter, Katy Billings; grandson Damian Billings; sister, Tommie Evans (son Dr. Saul Evans, wife Ragan, and their children Brinklee Wright, Brayson Wright, and Mazie Evans); and brother Todd Isbell and wife Miranda (daughter Emma Isbell).
The family gratefully acknowledges the kind compassionate care of Dr. Brasco, Dr. Motes, the exceptional nurses in ICU, and the entire staff of Helen Keller Hospital.
