Bobby Carl Rutland, born August 7, 1957, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and devotion to family. Bobby was a man whose life was defined by his deep care for others, his unwavering loyalty, and the joy he found in the people he loved most.
On October 9, 1976, Bobby married the love of his life, Karen Marie Parvin Rutland. Together they built a beautiful life and shared 49 years of love, partnership, and cherished memories until her passing. Their bond was a true example of lasting love and commitment.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby Clayton and Alice Mae Rutland, as well as his beloved wife, Karen.
He is survived by his three daughters, Brandy Ikard (Joey), Candy Price (Barry), and Misty Hall, along with his bonus son, Clay Phillips (Kim). His six grandchildren-Karli, Gracie, Levi, Ava, Ali, and Lily-were the pride and joy of his life and brought him endless happiness. He is also survived by his sister, Melodye Isbell (Jackie), and a host of nieces and nephews who will remember him fondly.
Bobby will be remembered as a great friend, a loving husband, and a kind and caring father. His presence brought comfort, his laughter brought joy, and his love will continue to live on in all who knew him.
He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
