Charlotte HillCharlotte Marie Hill, 64, passed away on March 31, 2026. She was born on July 24, 1961, in Clay County, Mississippi, where she spent most of her life. For the past ten years, she resided in Pontotoc County with her beloved sister, Libby.

Charlotte worked for Security Plus at various locations throughout the years, where she became a familiar and friendly face to many. She had a gift for making people feel welcome and valued, and she formed lasting friendships with those she encountered.

She was the daughter of the late John A. Hill and Mildred Sykes Hill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Hill.

Charlotte will be remembered as someone you could always count on day or night. She was generous to a fault, always willing to give whatever she had to help others. Her infectious laughter, feisty personality, and spunky spirit made her unforgettable to all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her sisters, Elizabeth “Libby” Canerdy, Lucy Brand (Wayne), and Kathy Bell (Ken); her brothers, John “Junior” Hill (Lynn) and Mike Hill (Michelle); her nieces, Mary Ann Morrow (Todd), Carolyn Powell (Michael), Maggie Wood (Craig), Brittany Covington (Michael), and Katie Hill; her nephews, Paul Brand (Jennifer), Jake Hill (Kimberly), Josh Hill (Whitley), Joe Hill (Kalyn), Koby Hill (Chloe), and Chance Hill; as well as a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.

Several months ago, Charlotte made the selfless decision to become an organ donor. Her family is honored to carry out her wishes and finds comfort in knowing that her life will continue to impact others in a meaningful way.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the Amity Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.

Visitation will be held at Tutor Funeral Home on Saturday, April 4, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Funeral at noon, followed by burial at Amity Cemetery at 2:00 PM. Following the service, family and friends are invited to gather for a celebration of Charlotte’s life at Little Hoots Childcare in Houston.

In honor of Charlotte’s vibrant spirit, the family kindly asks attendees to wear bright spring-like colors.

Charlotte’s legacy of kindness, generosity, and unwavering love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
