Steve Michael Hunt, 63, of Florence passed away on February 24, 2026 at his residence. Mr. Hunt was a Union Sheetmetal Worker with Local 48 and was an avid Alabama fan.
A graveside service will be held on Monday March 2, 2026 at 2:00 pm at North Carolina Church of Christ Cemetery with Rodney Sparks officiating.
Mr. Hunt was preceded in death by his wife, Jodie Hunt; parents, Charles Ray and Sandra Hunt; and brother, Tony Hunt.
He is survived by his sons, Brandon Hunt, Seth Hunt, and Steven Hunt; daughter, Brooke Johnson; brother, Ken Hunt; and grandchildren, Roxy Hunt and McKenna Hunt.
Pallbearers will be Seth Hunt, Steven Hunt, Brandon Hunt, T.J. Hunt, and Ken Hunt.
