Mrs. Bettye Faye Hall Moses, age 61, was born in Scottsboro, Alabama on November 7, 1964 and passed away peacefully on February 19, 2026 in Albertville, Alabama.
Bettye was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother, and friend to many. She will always be remembered for her kindness, strength, humor, and her free spirit.
She was preceded in death by her father, Hershell Hall; sisters, Sandra Hall and Brenda Hall Helms; and brother, Ronald Hall.
She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Amanda and Bobby Rackow; grandchildren, Riley, Aiden, and Harli Rackow; mother, Annice Hall; and many loved nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well a host of extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at the Scottsboro Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Rackow family to assist with expenses.
