Patsy Z. Gregg, age 85, of Vestavia, passed away at a local hospital on February 18, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, February 23 at 11:00am, at New Horizon Chapel. The family will receive friends at 10:30am.
Mrs. Gregg was a member of Cahaba Heights United Methodist Church and was active at the New Merkle House Senior Center in Vestavia. She was also a member of the Sisters of Bingo club in Bessemer.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Essie Zukosky, husband Edward Paul Gregg, sister Geraldean Blackmon and brother John R. Zukosky.
She is survived by her son Scott Baggett, daughter Patti Osborn, grandchildren Noah Baggett, Ella Baggett, Joseph Osborn, Annalee Booth, great granddaughter Dana Osborn, sister Mary Ann (James) Thomas, and brother Sam (Judy) Zukosky, along with several nieces and nephews.
