Roger Kaczmarowski of Huntsville, Alabama passed away on Wednesday January 14, 2026.

 

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Laughlin Service Funeral Home, with the service immediately following. He will be laid to rest at Hampton Cove Cemetery, Owen’s Cross Roads, Alabama.

 

Roger was born in Huntsville, Alabama to Fred and Betty Kaczmarowski on January 20, 1960. He spent most of his formative years in Cudahy, Wisconsin. After moving back to Huntsville, he graduated from Huntsville High School in 1978 and later earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Athens State University. Roger worked at Intergraph for many years as a Material Handler, and later at Adtran for 20 years as a Material Handler.

 

Roger loved bowling, Christmas, 60s, 70s, and 80s music, the Green Bay Packers and the Wisconsin Badgers. Above all this he cherished family and friends. His pride and joy were his nieces and nephews.

 

Roger was preceded in death by his father and mother, Fred and Betty Kaczmarowski. He is survived by his long-time girlfriend, Barbara Honea of New Hope; his sisters, Carol Cutter (Norwood) and Sharon Klar (Ralph) both of Huntsville; his brother, Scott Kaczmarowski (Paula) of Kennesaw, Georgia; his nieces and nephews, Ashley Ellis (Drew), Joshua Cutter (Rachel), Johnathan Cutter (Haley), Adam Chynoweth, Amy Cutter, April Klar, and Elizabeth Klar; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
