Aubrey Lamar “Batman” Bishop, 67, passed away January 15, 2026, at Baptist East Memorial Hospital in Memphis. Lamar loved to hunt, fish and ride the roads. He loved spending time with his family.
Services will be at 3:00pm Sunday, January 18, 2026, at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home.
Survivors; daughter, Beatrice “Krickett” Bishop (Maegan Smith); grandson, Peyton Bishop; granddaughter, Skylar Berry; 4 brothers, Dan Bishop (Vicki), Terry “Peanut” Bishop, Samuel Bishop and Jimmy Dean Bishop; 2 sisters, Barbara Russell (Jimmy) and Peggy Sue Brewer; special nieces, Amy “Tottie” Taylor, Judy Davis and Frances Rawson; special nephews, Donnie Bishop, Chad Bishop and Keith Brewer, and so many more.
Preceded in death by, father, William Bishop; mother, Francis Bishop; sister, Claira Mae Taylor and a brother, Frankie Bishop.
Visitation, Sunday, January 18, 2026, at 1:00pm until service time.
