David Loyd Martin, age 68 of Nauvoo, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Mt. Hermon Cemetery. Jerry Key will officiate.
Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his Father-Floyd Martin; Mother-Nora May Martin; Brother-Earl Martin; Sisters-Shirley Frink, Iren Duncan and Frances Martin; Nephews-Adam Tidwell and Russell McKeever; Niece-Melinda Robins.
He is survived by his Wife-Danna J. Martin; Daughters-Christy Martin and Brandy Martin; Sister-Carloyn McKeever; Brother-Jerry Martin (Jackie); Grandchildren-Kruz Cheatham (Jerica), Kannen Cheatham and Luke Wright; Great Grandchild-Ivy.
Pallbearers will be Kruz Cheatham, Kannen Cheatham, Luke Wright, Carey Dollar, Scott Duncan, Nathan Duncan, Chip Motte and Shaun Odell.
