Willard Oneal “Duck” Doss, 58 of Adamsville, passed away Nov. 25, 2025.
Mr. Doss was a graduate of Dora High School, class of 1986. He was an avid Alabama football fan. He was a truck driver. He drove for 25 years, for Handley Trucking Co. He loved playing golf.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ricky and Connie Ritch; grandparents, Christabell and Carl Doss, and Billy and Sally McCurry, and his sisters, Shana Barrett and Peggy Ritch.
Survivors include his daughter, Brittany Doss (Bethany); grandchild, Ryan Avery Levy-Doss; ex-wife and best friend, Amy Anderson (Dale), sisters, Kaytrean Williams and Sally, Serena and Sophia Ritch; stepmother, Amy Ritch; special second daughter, Jennifer Coston; special aunt and best friend, Cathy McCurry; special friends, George Handley and Holly McGough; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, and his special pets, Bailey and Hopey.
Funeral services will be Sunday Nov. 30, 25 at 2:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Bro. Buddy Sparkman will officiate. Burial will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Sunday from 1-2 pm.
