Sharon Kimbrough, 65, of Athens, passed away on Thursday, November 20th, 2025, at Athens-Limestone Hospital. She was born on November 9th, 1960, in Russellville, Alabama, to Shirley (Ezzell) Cross.
She is survived by her husband, Donny Kimbrough; son, Zachary Kimbrough; mother, Shirley Ann Cross; sisters, Cindy Joyner (James) and Debbie Knott; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Kimbrough was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles Gaither and Pearl Lucinda Ezzell.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 26th, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:45 p.m., at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. The funeral service for Mrs. Kimbrough will be Wednesday, at 2:00 p.m., at Limestone Chapel, with Phillip Kimbrough officiating. The burial will be at Thatch-Mann Cemetery.
Mrs. Kimbrough loved gardening.
