Ralph Martin, 85, of Tuscumbia, AL passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025. A visitation will be held at Colbert Memorial Chapel on Wednesday November 12, 2025 from 3 to 4 with a memorial service to follow at 4. Greg Beasley will be officiating the service.
Ralph was a devoted Christian and served as a Baptist deacon. He was also a proud Mason and Shriner. A lover of golf, Ralph could often be found on the course. Above all, he cherished his role as a grandfather, taking great pride in caring for and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Polly Martin; daughter, Marcia Martin Hutchins; brothers, Ronnie Martin, Roy Martin, and Rufus Michael Martin.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Barbara Martin; children, Scott Martin (May Beth), Donna Plunket (Mark), and Michael Martin (Tara); grandchildren, Nathan Martin, Natalie Phillips, Ryan Plunket, Rachel Plunket, Zachary Plunket, Leigh Thomas, Kori Martin, Kaleb Martin, Kolton Martin, Toni Enloe, and Traci Thompson; 12 great-grandchildren; niece, Monica Martin McBride.
