He spent his early childhood years in his hometown of Russellville, AL, before moving with his family to Vero Beach, FL.
He was preceded in death by Parents: Lewis Buster Hamm and Velma Hamilton Hamm. Grandparents: Anthony and Mabel Hamilton (maternal) and James Robert Smith and Willie Mae Hamm-Smith (paternal). Brothers: William “Bill” Hamilton, James Hamm, Thomas Hamm, and Sister: Jalie Dean Hamm-Mitchell.
He is survived by his Wife: Mary Ann Hamm, Daughters: Carolyn King, Tijuana Hamm, Sons: Ronnie Lee Hamm, Jr., Steven Hamm (Shannon), Rochester, NY and Mario Simmons, Melbourne, FL. Brothers: Milton Hamm, Tuscumbia, AL & Roger Hamm, Florence, AL. Sister-in-laws: Mollie Hamilton (William), Russellville, AL and Patricia Hamm White (Thomas), Florence, AL. Uncle: John Willie Cross (Roxie), Vero Beach, FL.
