David “Buddy” Thompson, age 65, of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Thompson; sons, John David Thompson (Tonya), Eric McGaha (Leslie), Kevin Thompson; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Joy Parson; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Keisha Thompson.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at the Scottsboro Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday prior to the funeral service beginning at 10:00 a.m.
