Jimmy Roy Robbins, 63, passed away August 22, 2025 at the University Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Jim was one of a kind. His humor was one to be remembered. He loved fiercely and had a great love for his family, especially his grandchildren whom he loved deeply and enjoyed spending time with. Everything he did, he did with the intentions of making and leaving things better for those around him. Sonya was the love of his life. Their marriage was truly an example of happy years while defining for better or for worse, in sickness and in health. His hobbies were collecting old coins, unique antiques, knives, guns, fishing and spending time with Sonya and his family. Jim enjoyed chatting with his friends and keeping up with the “local events” of the community. You knew when a conversation was about to be had when Jim said, “Tell me something”…He brought much joy, laughter and love to all who knew him.
