Chris Anthony Nailer, age 60 of Boaz passed away Monday, August 11, 2025 at Shepherds Cove Hospice.
His funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Mt. Olive Cemetery in the Sims Community. Bro. Justin Joiner and Bro. Bobby Waddle will officiate his service. Pallbearers will be Matthew Smith, Marcus Smith, Dustin Morris, Mason Smith, Derrick Green, Audie Beason and James Beason. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 3:00 before the service.
He is survived by his companion; Teresa Baranick, children; Michael Baranick, Starr Nailer, Megan Morris (Dustin), Jayda Smith, Matthew Smith (Kayla) and Marcus Smith (Kasey), grandchildren; Jazmyn Smith, Aleah Smith, Mason Smith, Makylnee Morris, Coltson Morris, Brody Morris and Adalee Smith. He is also survived by his mother; Juanita Nailer, sisters; Connie Tucker (Teto) and Mitzi Nailer (Daniel) and a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father; Jerome Nailer and brothers; Timothy Chris Nailer and Anthony Jerome Crider.
His arrangements have been entrusted to Albertville Memorial Chapel.
