A Life Remembered

It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved sister, wife, mother, and friend, Charlotte Robb, who left this world on August 5, 2025, at the age of 61. Charlotte passed away following multiple acute strokes, the result of a traumatic brain injury sustained during a fall from a utility trailer. Though she was initially alert upon arriving at the hospital, her condition declined rapidly due to significant brain swelling. An MRI revealed seven strokes affecting critical areas of her brain, and within minutes of arriving, she could no longer breathe on her own. She was placed on a ventilator, but there were no surgical options to save her. Charlotte served as a proud and dedicated Police Officer in Bullhead City, Arizona, before she and her husband Greg retired to Henderson, Tennessee, in 2011. Charlotte was surrounded by love in her final hours. By her side were her husband Greg, her daughter Carolyn, Carolyn’s fiancé Joshua, Greg’s daughter Heather, and myself, her sister Lori. Family members who lived farther away held her in their hearts, sending prayers, love, and strength from a distance.

A Radiant Soul

Charlotte was a vibrant light in the lives of so many—joyful, compassionate, and deeply generous. She was known for her warmth, her loyalty, and her kind spirit. She made everyone feel seen, valued, and loved. To me, she was not only a sister, but also my truest and dearest friend. Her memory will live on in the stories we share and the love we continue to carry.

Family

Charlotte was the sixth and youngest child of Roneta Jenkins and Charlie Ross Toole Sr. She is survived by: – Her loving husband, Greg Robb – Her daughter, Carolyn Bailey (43) – Greg’s daughter, Heather Robb (45) – Her brothers: Charlie (66) and Benjiman (65) – Her sisters: Rheunae (64) and Lori (62)

Forever in Our Hearts

Charlotte’s presence was a gift we will always treasure. Though her time with us was cut far too short, her legacy of love, laughter, and light will continue to shine in all who knew her. Words can’t ever convey the depth of our loss, and she will be greatly missed.
