Carter Knox Qualls, treasured son of Brittany Qualls and Timothy Oakley, was born on July 25, 2025 at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee, weighing 2 pounds and 10 ounces.
On July 30, 2025, while wrapped in his mommy’s arms, Carter received his angel wings at the tender age of 5 days old.
He is survived by his parents, Brittany Qualls and Timothy Oakley; grandparents, Rose Ratliff Qualls, James Dennis Qualls (Lisa), and Ramona Oakley; aunt, Caroline Rose Qualls; and cousins, Owen Tyler Qualls and James Beckett Harris.
Carter was preceded in death by his grandfather. Rufus Hopson and great grandparents, Brownie Ratliff, Oma Jean Ratliff, James Qualls, and Carolyn Qualls.
Private services will be held.
