Donald Malcolm Keil, Jr., aged 76, passed away at his residence in Athens on Sunday, July 6th, 2025. Born on November 22nd, 1948, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Donald Malcolm Keil, Sr. and Doris Tindall Keil.
Mr. Keil is lovingly remembered by his wife, Sandra Keil, and his two daughters, Cassandra Hutchison, married to Drew, and Heather Johnson, widow to Fred. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren: Alexander and Haley Johnson, Sadie Waddell, and Mason Kauffman, and his great-grandchildren, Laelynn Kauffman and Keegan and Lawsyn Waddell. Donald is also survived by his brothers, Richard Keil and his wife Carol, and Darrell Keil and his wife Freda. His extended family includes a host of nieces and nephews who will fondly remember him.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents.
Donald’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He leaves behind a legacy that will be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to be a part of his life.
