Larry Curtis, known by most as L.C., departed this life for his eternal reward from his daughter’s house in Booneville after a courageous battle with cancer. His victory came on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. L.C. was 74 years old. A tall man with a larger than life personality, L.C. spent all his life in the Okolona/Tupelo area except for his time in the U.S. Army. He spent the last 15 years of his life as an award-winning car salesman with Carlock Nissan where he was beloved by customers and all his associates. L.C. was a Godly man who talked the talk and walked the walk. He will be missed by those who knew and loved him.
A service celebrating his life will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday, July 5, 2025 in the Sadie Holland Memorial Chapel at Holland Funeral Directors-Tupelo. Visitation will be from 10 AM-service time on Saturday only at Holland-Tupelo Chapel. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
