Matthew Tyler Hawkins, 39, of Hazel Green, passed away June 24, 2025.
Mr. Hawkins leaves behind his father, Bob Hawkins; son, Beau Hawkins, daughter, Lyndsey; and brothers, Adam and Brian, all of Hazel Green.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 28th fro 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home.
