Mary Linda Crumpton, 75, of Dora, passed away May 28, 2025, at her residence. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM at New Horizon Chapel with burial to follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents Lester and Burlie Joslin, and three sisters Betty Thomas, Jane Sanford, and Faye Hughley. She is survived by one son David Crumpton, two daughters Denise Sorenson and Misty (Michael) Hicks, two sisters Annie Street, Kathy Haun, along with five grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Linda began her career as a waitress at Jean’s on the River, working there several years before retiring from Lee’s Family Restaurant after more than 20 years. She enjoyed going to work every day and seeing her customers.
